Heather Friend is the founder of Resolute Integrative Health and a board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive experience in emergency care, primary care, wellness-focused medicine, and integrative healthcare. Her passion for patient-centered care began after her own personal health journey inspired her to help others live healthier and more empowered lives.
Heather’s approach focuses on education, collaboration, wellness, hormone health, and shared decision-making designed to support each patient’s unique healthcare needs. She has additional training in functional medicine, hormone optimization, men’s and women’s health, and wellness-focused healthcare strategies.
